What will I see after my account is approved?

Your affiliate dashboard shows the offers and campaigns assigned to you, tracking activity, clicks, registrations, FTDs, commissions, performance charts, reports and your assigned Account Manager when one has been configured.

Where can I find an offer and its tracking link?

Open Offers or Campaigns in the affiliate area. Each available campaign includes the offer information and its tracking link, which you can copy and use in your approved traffic sources. Only offers assigned to your account are shown.

Can I promote every offer displayed on the public website?

No. The public website presents the programme, while the affiliate panel shows the campaigns actually enabled for your account. Availability can depend on GEO, traffic source, commercial agreement and approval by the Account Manager.

What information is recorded when someone uses my tracking link?

The platform creates a click record and connects it to the relevant affiliate, offer and campaign. Where available, it can also store the click ID, GEO, device information and the sub-ID values supplied in the link.

How do sub-IDs work?

Sub-IDs let you identify the source of traffic inside the same campaign, such as a website placement, creator, advert or keyword. Use the sub-ID fields supported by the generated campaign link so the values appear in click and conversion reporting.

What is a SmartLink?

A SmartLink checks the visitor GEO, operating system and browser against the rules configured in the platform, then redirects the visitor to the first matching offer. If no rule matches, the configured fallback offer is used.

Depending on the brand integration, the platform can process registrations, deposits, FTDs, withdrawals, chargebacks, KYC approvals and NGR reports. The events available for a specific campaign depend on the postback data sent by that brand.

Commission follows the commercial terms configured for the assigned offer or deal. The platform supports CPA, revshare and hybrid structures, and records FTD commission and other applicable values using the campaign configuration and conversion status.

Why can my dashboard totals differ from a brand back office?

The dashboard reflects the events received and stored by PlaySlot Partners. Differences can occur because of postback delays, time-zone boundaries, validation status, missing deposit values or different attribution rules. Use the Click ID and report filters when asking support to investigate a discrepancy.
